Firearms Deal Could Bring Idaho Jobs
Three Idaho companies are teaming up for a firearms deal which could bring more jobs into the state. The companies are building an excessorizing a new line of shot guns for an international distributer. Jim Bentley of Krow Innovations says the intial order is for 1,000 units a month, which will be made at Advanced Precision machinging in Meridian. The company had been reducing employees hours, but Bentley expects the new deal to create more job openings. The first of the new line of shotguns rolls off the assembly line Thursday with new models introduced in November.
